Sleep peacefully on a queen sized bed, have your morning coffee on the deck, or relax outside by the fire pit after a day at the beach. Our street features miles of sidewalks if you'd like to walk, run or bike. We are 9 miles from the beautiful white Gulf Beaches.. Need a little extra room? Check out Laura's Loft, our twin cabin next door. The space This place was once a fishing cabin, back in the days when East Bay waterfront property had no full time residents. Years ago, East Bay was a remote area where locals would spend weekends and summers fishing, swimming and enjoying the bay a their summer cabins. Today, East Bay Boulevard features beautiful residences on the water, and many fishing shacks have been torn down in their wake. We've chosen to remodel ours so that others can enjoy the area. We own two cabins on this property. Cabin A is a long term rental. Cabin B is for your enjoyment. The cabin is stocked with bed linens, blankets, towels and washcloths. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc. We have a standard coffee pot and microwave as well. Guest access Guests have access to the cabin, downstairs utility room, including grill, washer and dryer, and fire pit area. The deck at the cabin is not child proof. Children should be supervised when outside on the deck and may not climb on the railing. There is a multi use path along East Bay Boulevard for walking and biking. Other things to note Trash service is on Thursdays. There is a possibility that Florida black bears may check out your trash during the night. You can strap the can closed, or roll it into the utility room if you like. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs utility room. the washer is cold water only. Please bring your own detergent.
