This is a very spacious three bedroom semi detached home, less than ten minutes drive from Mount Juliet Estate, and twenty minutes to Kilkenny city. The house is within walking distance of Thomastown village which boasts many local artisan shops, cafes and local eateries such as Tabu Tapas and Tim's Bar offering delicious food and live music, as well as two supermarkets. The space This is a spacious property with many relaxing areas to enjoy the house and your getaway. There is a large living room with two sofas and two armchairs, as well as a sound system and tv. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a two seater sofa to relax with your morning coffee and a dining table to seat up to 8 people. There is a sound system with radio, aux cable and Bluetooth connection in the kitchen also, as well as a fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house if required. If less than 4 guests, we will close one bedroom to store extra items. Other things to note The house is in a quiet cul de sac and overlooks the river Nore and the village of Thomastown. The weir (a local swimming spot) and the village are 5 minutes walk away. Perfect for a relaxing holiday and home away from home.
