MDINA Rural Complex

The Mdina Rural Complex is located in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, in the town of Fernán Pérez. It has two buildings, a Main House and an Apartment House, surrounded by gardens, pool, terraces, interior patio, playground and barbecue, available to guests. The complex is ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature, where you can enjoy both the House and the Natural Park. The beaches are 10/25 minutes away from the house. The space The Rural Complex has a Main House and a House-Apartment. They are located on a plot with garden areas, swimming pool, terraces, playground, and barbecue available to guests. The total capacity of the complex is 14-18 people but the ad allows a maximum of 16 people. NO PETS of any kind. In the Main House there are three bedrooms, two of them very spacious double rooms (one of them accessible) and one quadruple room with two separate rooms with stairs. All rooms have a private bathroom, TV, closet, usual furniture and minibar. They have a separate entrance from the outdoor common areas. There is no kitchen. It has indoor common rooms, where you can enjoy different environments, with a fireplace area, library, bar, and all the necessary furniture for your use and enjoyment. The bar has a kettle, capsule coffee machine, bottle rack, and microwave at the service of guests. There is a toilet in the living room, and an outdoor toilet in the pool. The capacity is 8 people (maximum 10 with extra beds). The independent apartment house has 2 very spacious rooms with a private bathroom each. One of the rooms is double and the other quadruple. It has a small kitchenette, living room, terrace, garden and barbecue, for a maximum of 6/8 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The entire complex has facilities for babies and children, and the pool has an area specially adapted for them. The complex is ideal for large families or groups of friends. We also hold private celebrations. The owners live in a separate area within the complex and are available for any guest needs. Guest access The indoor and outdoor common areas will be for the exclusive use and enjoyment of your group. The owners live on the plot and there are private areas of access only for the owners, maintaining the independence of the guests.
