Come and discover this 4-person cottage, close to downtown and all amenities. 200 meters from the beach, enjoy You will be seduced by the calm and clarity of the house, its clean decoration. We have arranged it to be functional, family friendly, comfortable and clean. Linens are an extra charge. The space The accommodation is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only with private entrance. Enjoy a spacious garden, equipped with a barbecue and the necessary outdoor furniture, located in front of the accommodation. Upstairs you will find a fully equipped and fully renovated kitchen to cook good little dishes, a very spacious living room dining room with TV and sofa bed, enough to accommodate your friends!!! A fully renovated bathroom with shower and finally two large bedrooms with built-in dressing room: one bedroom with double bed and TV and one bedroom with twin beds. Don't forget bed linen and bath linen are included in your stay. What a joy! Your beds will be made upon your arrival!!! Guest access You will have access to the front garden and the entire home accessible by stairs on the first floor. We inform you that parking tickets are available on request at the rate of €7/day for the season from April to November. Other things to note The cleaning fee is mandatory, we still ask you to empty your garbage cans, cupboard and fridge, clean the barbecue grill after use, close windows and turn off the heating before you leave the cottage.
