Our four season cottage located on Big Whitefish Lake, chain of three lakes provide more then 15 miles of boating, fishing and snowmobile trails right from cottage. Property includes 3.5 acres of wooded flat land and 570 feet of waterfront and great privacy. Cottage is only a few years old, 1700 sq feet with propane furnace and ceiling fans in rooms, fully furnished with a modern look, big family room with propane fireplace. JULY AND AUGUST WEEKLY ONLY The space Our four season cottage accommodate 8-10 persons and located on Big Whitefish Lake, chain of three lakes provide more then 15 miles of boating, fishing and snowmobile trails right from cottage. Cottage located 20 min South-East of Parry Sound, outside town of Humphrey and 1 hour 50 minutes Highway drive from GTA . Property includes 3.5 acres of wooded flat land and 570 feet of waterfront. There is parking space for up to 8 vehicles. The cottage is only a few years old, 1700 sq feet with propane furnace and ceiling fans in rooms, fully furnished with a modern look, big family room with propane fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen, including stove, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water cooler for drinking water, laundry with washer and dryer. Four bedrooms have queen size beds and large wardrobes for clothing. Extra four cots are avaliable, (Please bring your own bed sheets.) 42" and 55" TV's, DVD's players and movies collection, strong cell phone connection, water filtration and UV system. Three washrooms: Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, other with Jacuzzi and one 2 pieces washroom. (Please bring your own towels). Large deck with propane BBQ and outdoor furniture. Huge play area: trampoline, swing and 18' pool for a kids, shallow waterfront 570ft long with a stone and sand, some weeds and bushes, 3' depth at the end of the dock, fire pit, Gazebo, chairs and a picnic table. There is a canoe, life jackets, we also could rent our 12' boat with 9.9 motor or 16' pontoon boat with 40hp motor, (if you have Pleasure Craft Operator Card) or bring your own, there is room on sides of the dock to park a boat. There is a boat launch in Seguin marina 2 minutes away. General store very well stocked with groceries, LCBO and hardware, 5 minutes drive. Additional shopping available in Parry Sound (Sobeys. Canadian Tire, Walmart, Home Depot, etc). Other things to note we could rent our 12' boat with 9.9 motor or 16' pontoon boat with 40hp motor
