Continental breakfast included on short stays. Free off street parking. The space Photo shows single bed. We have an additional mattress under the bed which can be used for an additional guest. Kitchen includes: under-counter refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric fry pan, toaster oven, basic cooking utensils, dishes for four, silverware, eating counter space for two people. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Dishes used by guests are always washed in my dishwasher and then returned to the apartment. Guest access You have a parking spot in our driveway. No worries about disturbing us; you can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. You have the option of using additional clothing space in a room that is right outside your bathroom. Can share family laundry room if needed. There is a small patio outside the private entrance to the apartment. During your stay I am a recently retired school teacher who lives here with my husband. I like being hospitable and love to travel. I have visited 5 continents. My husband and I love to socialize if guests desire that. Continental breakfast and breakfast sandwiches will be available in your apartment for short stays ( a week or less). I can communicate in American Sign Language.
