The downstairs living room has a large kitchen, eating table and large sofa to relax. It features a well-equipped kitchen with Espresso machine, Quooker, Siemens electronics, and a Sonos music system, creating a cozy ambiance. The front and back gardens are sunlit and you'll find a kamado style BBQ and a spacious trampoline for the kids. The first floor offers a master bedroom with an extra-large king-size bed, balcony, and a private bathroom with a separate toilet. Kids can enjoy the game room equipped with a TV, Nintendo Switch, a sleeping couch, and an assortiment of boardgames. A large desk with a monitor and docking station provides a comfortable workspace. The second floor boasts two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A second bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, and a large TV with a PS5 console. For a cozy retreat, the third floor features a 35m2 loft with one queen size/ doubter bed. Guest access You have full access to the house and garden. Check-in is easy and flexible via keys we will provide. We'll share more information before your arrival. We also have bikes available for guests to use, perfect for exploring the area! Other things to note We have a very child friendly and always happy cat 'Guus'. Not only is Guus incredibly child-friendly, but he's also hypoallergenic (Blue Russian). Taking care of Guus is easy - all he needs is a small serving of dry food once a day. And with a personalized cat flap in the kitchen door, he can come and go as he pleases.
