Just minutes from the city it's a great base for your trip to Launceston and the Tamar Region! NOTE: The top floor is not available for guests, but no-one lives there! You will be completely private. The space Climbing the stairs onto the front deck you will enjoy the beautiful views of the three major mountains surrounding Launceston to the East. Opening the front door one queen room is located to your right while the newly renovated bathroom and the second queen bedroom is located down the hall to the left. Each bedroom has beautiful fresh linen and extra blankets and heaters for the cooler months. Moving through the hallway into the open plan kitchen, living, dining area you will find comfortable leather couches, a smart TV, dining setting for 6 and a fully appointed kitchen. The large heat pump provides heating and cooling options for the home and wifi is unlimited. Stepping out the back door you will find the laundry room to the left offering both a washer and a dryer for guests to use and a lovely sunny seating area to enjoy the back yard and the occasional kookaburra. NOTE: There is 7 steps you have to walk up to enter the property. The top floor is not available for guests, but no-one lives there. You will have complete privacy. Guest access Access is via a key lockbox, so you may check in after 3pm. Other things to note Please note there are exterior cameras placed on the outside of the house/property. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for security purposes only. These are located at the front and back of the property. We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that they will attend the property during your stay; however, if they do we will be sure to notify you.
