Monte da Courela is a large hill located in the interior of Central Alentejo, surrounded by nature. The tranquility of Monte da Courela and the Alentejo plains is perfect for resting the body and mind. Visit the olive oil mills, the wine estates and the beautiful typical Alentejo cities and towns such as Arraiolos, Estremoz, Avis, Cabeção or Mora. You can hike, bike or dive in the Açude do Gameiro, inserted in the Eco-Park where the Mora Fluviarium is also located. The space The Monte, which we only rent in its entirety and not the rooms individually, is set in a plot of 15,000 square meters full of olive trees and other fruit trees. There is a pond on the property with frogs and some fish, such as the achigã. It's the place where kids can walk around freely and explore without the danger of cars. A 10-minute walk takes us to the village, which has a coffee shop and a mini market with more things than you would expect. It is advisable to order the vespers bread. Avis is 23 km away (and the Maranhão dam), Arraiolos is 33 km away, Évora is 57 km away. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have a full bathroom and 2 with A/C. The other has a bathroom just outside the bedroom. There is another one without a shower in the lounge. In the lounge, there is a large TV and a pool table, one area for each. The kitchen is attached to a small living room with a fireplace that has another TV and a large sofa.
