This great place has lots of room for fun. Located 15 - 20 minutes from Victor Attah Int'l Airport and about 20 minutes from the city's centre, 55 Greenspring sits on 1400 sqm of plot and boasts 2 big palours with AC and TVs, chandeliers, 5 bedrooms, a dining, kitchen, patios, laundry, washing machine, and a tree-lined back and front yards. There is parking for 10 cars and a generator. Rent the entire villa for 90 days min. or just 1 room for a night and enjoy the ambience and the fruits. The space There are 5 rooms, 4 up and 1 down. Each room has exclusive wardrobe. The master's bedroom has 6ft by 6ft bed, air condition, ceiling fan, ensuite bath and water closet, and a reading table. Two other rooms are ensuite and 2 share a bath and water closet. The sitting rooms have 32" and 46" remote controlled TVs and chandeliers. One of the TVs is Android with provision for Netflix and YouTube. There are two additional rooms at the back, and one used as a gatehouse at the front, for a total of three. Guest access Guests have access to the gardens, sitting rooms, TV, kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, and fruits in the garden. During your stay A guest rep is available 24 hours round the clock to welcome guests and attend to their needs. I'm available when I'm in town and guests can contact me within the Airbnb app. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in the villa. Give 24 - 48 hours notice of arrival. A guest taking the entire villa is responsible for charging the prepaid electricity meter and fueling the standby generator. Guests are requested to switch off the fridge and deep freezer when the generator is in use.
