We occasionally rent our apartment with about 30 square meters of living space. It is centrally but quietly located in a beautiful old building attic (3rd floor) in the lively trendy district of Cologne Kalk. You will find a small and quiet retreat, but you will be in all of Cologne's top locations in no time, such as the Lanxess Arena (10 minutes), the trade fair (10 minutes), the cathedral (15 minutes), the old town (15 minutes), but also the airport (20 minutes) or the highway (5 minutes). The space If occupied by 4 people, please ONLY 2 adults and 2 children, otherwise it will be really too tight! The room is in the attic, on the third floor behind the white door and was completely new due to the expansion of the roof in 2022. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, high-quality double sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm and a sleeping floor with a double mattress of 140 x 200 cm and can theoretically be used by up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Bed linen and towels, kitchen towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Coffee and tea are waiting for you in the kitchen! This saves a bit of luggage ;) In addition, a guest single mattress and an air mattress of 140 cm x 200 cm can be requested free of charge. We have a crib, highchair and potty if needed. You can also use the garden to sit down and chat. BUT PLEASE NO LOUD PARTIES IN THE HOUSE AND THE APARTMENT! On the key is a third key for the garden, where you will also find the garbage cans. Please dispose of the garbage there. If necessary, a private parking space is available (please register). Many shops, doctors, theaters, cinema and swimming pool, restaurants are within walking distance and transport links are excellent. The Cologne Arcaden, one of the largest shopping centers in Cologne, is about 1000 meters away. Guest access Access to apartment, bathroom and kitchen, if necessary after consultation, shared garden!
