C.A.G. Estates offers a comfortable private bedroom located upstairs in our beautiful two-story home. A private full bathroom, reserved for your use, is conveniently located directly across the hallway from the bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: This is a private-room listing in a shared home, not a reservation for the entire house. Other guests may be staying in and renting the other private bedrooms during your stay. The space This private room is located upstairs in this safe & secured home. It has its own private bathroom that is located straight across in the hallway. The bedroom has a queen size bed & can sleep two people. It has cable/satellite t.v. & free WiFi. Guest access Guests enter the home and their private room using keypad access. Shared areas include the kitchen, family room, dining room, screened-in patio, and pool room. The shared kitchen may be used for warming, storing, and eating food. Cooking or meal preparation is not permitted for stays of 2 days or less. A full-size refrigerator and freezer are available. Please remove all food at checkout. The laundry room and fire pit are available to guests staying more than 2 days. Please provide your own laundry supplies. Guests do not have access to other bedrooms or bathrooms, the garage, attic, kitchen pantry, or closet behind the staircase. Quiet Hours: 9 PM–5 AM. During your stay Guests can reach me by phone, text, email & sometimes in person. Other things to note Please refrain from smoking, drinking, or eating in the bedroom. Water is permitted.
