Green Mountain Carriage House with Beautiful Views

Unwind in this beautifully appointed carriage house on our horse farm high above the Champlain Valley. Centrally located to a dozen ski areas, New England's best biking & hiking and only minutes from spectacular Lake Champlain. After enjoying the area's activities, come home and relax by the fire, soak in the jacuzzi tub or have a glass of wine on the terrace watching the horses play in the pasture. 20 min. from Burlington's great restaurants on Church Street and the Waterfront boardwalk. The space 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage located adjacent to a horse stable, with viewing into the stables. A tv room offers a full-sized futon for additional sleeping accommodations. There's also a nice sitting area with a gas fireplace for those cold nights; and a nicely appointed kitchen with door to patio and outside fireplace. Guest access The entire cottage is accessible, although we ask you not to enter the barn area, for the comfort and safety of the guests, as well as the horses. Other things to note The cottage is appointed with linens, towels, cookware, a tv and has wifi access. You needn't worry about bringing extra. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The cottage is located on top of a private dirt road. While we keep the drive plowed and sanded when snowing, 4WD/AWD and snow tires are essential to navigate during wintery conditions.
