Take it easy and relax at this peaceful 1 bedroom cottage. With views over the fields you can watch the horses graze and spot a wild dear while sitting in the sun reading your book. After a walk in the countryside or to the local pub you can come back and relax for the evening. Easy to reach Gatwick, Brighton, Goodwood and Arundel. Close to a number of vineyards, Brighton, Gatwick and Goodwood its also a central location to explore West Sussex or to stay at while visiting friends and family. The space It is a single story building which has been converted. It has its own patio and garden which is fenced in and looks out of our fields. There is a pond opposite and footpaths directly from the house. You will need a car when here but you can walk to a local pub and vineyard. The property is single storey, it has a walk in shower, a king size bed with a wardrobe, the kitchen, diner and living rooms is open plan. The kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is also a pizza oven on request. Note, no oven or washing machine. We provide all the bed linen, towels, hand soap, washing up and cleaning equipment. We have lots of amazing birds, you might see a barn own, birds of prey and wood peckers on your stay. It is really peaceful here with some lovely seating outside you can lie back and relax in. There is no light pollution so for those that like star gazing you get to see the most amazing stars on a clear night. 2 parking spaces are available. Guests are welcome to visit while you are here, no parties. Guest access You’ll have your own outside space with a table and 2 chairs and some comfy chairs to watch the world go by in. It’s a fenced area for dogs. It over looks the fields where you’ll see the horses, birds of pray and recently herons flying about . Feel free to walk around our fields .
