Two private gardens: one in front and one for the sleeping area. Fireplace for barbecues and a ping pong table for moments of pure fun. The space 🩴Leave your shoes in your suitcase because here, between the wooden floor of the loggia and the soft grass of the lawn, you won't be able to resist the pleasure of walking barefoot in the garden! 🏡The house is entirely on the ground floor with a large and cozy living room and the large window makes it super bright, the rooms are spacious and cool, and the two bathrooms are always a valuable resource. The one with the bathtub is much appreciated by those with small children. Air conditioning is in all rooms and in the living room, but keeping the windows open the sea breeze is often enough to cool down. The mosquito nets are on all the windows but to make you rest easy we installed an innovative automatic nebulizer that removes the insects, allowing you to enjoy the outside without bites. Dishwasher, minipimer, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, table and iron are, in addition, always useful in beach houses, especially if you have children who crawl, a practical dyson battery vacuum cleaner. ♨️While Alexa tells a fairy tale to your children, you can enjoy an aperitif under the loggia. If you like to cook, there is a corner from which you can shake the most flavorful aromatic herbs of the delta and, for the most delicious, there is a fireplace with all the tools to enjoy the tasty grills outdoors. 🏓 After a good lunch in the garden, there are those who love to take an afternoon nap in the back garden, where the shade provides coolness even on the hottest days, or challenge friends to fun ping pong games. What will you do? 🙊The house is located in one of the quietest areas of the island, at the end of a closed road, so far from the hustle and bustle. It is part of a residential complex accessible via a dedicated path that allows you to arrive comfortably by car to the exclusive parking lot next to the entrance. 📍The sea is about two hundred meters away: a pleasant promenade leads to the free beach and the dam with the lighthouse, one of the most evocative places on the island. Continuing along the promenade and along the golf course, you can reach the sports center with its equipped beach. Guest access 🏝️Access to the entire island is regulated. Upon your arrival you will be greeted at the entrance of the island by me or my family: we will provide you with the pass with which you can access the island with your car for the duration of your stay, and we will take you to your vacation home. If we are not present on the island, we will provide you with all the instructions to check in on your own. The check-in process requires the delivery of a document necessary for registration to the Italian authorities and the payment of tourist tax Other things to note 🥰It is the house we also use for ourselves, so it is complete with all the small details of a lived-in house, not just a tourist accommodation. You will find appliances and amenities also designed for longer stays: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, mini-pimer, and full kitchen equipment.
