Each element helps to make the stay pleasant and relaxed: the elegant tones of the furnishings or the small practical advantages of the house, such as the WASHING MACHINE, useful for those who stop for longer, and the HOME AUTOMATION, which allows you to control the lights with your voice or listen to your favorite songs🎵. 🍽️ The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare family dishes just like at home: a practical and safe INDUCTION COOKTOP, a coffee maker 🍵, a DISHWASHER, a microwave, a kettle, a blender, and every useful accessory for effortless cooking. Outside are two metered 🌳 gardens with passion 🌺 - one on the front, embraced by the sun that heats it up to the evening, and one in the back, cooler and shaded. 🩴Leave your shoes in your suitcase because here between the wooden loggia floor and the soft grass of the lawn you will not resist the pleasure of walking barefoot in the garden! Upon your arrival you will be greeted at the entrance of the island by me or my family: we will provide you with the pass with which you can access the island with your car for the duration of your stay, and we will take you to your vacation home. If we are not present, we will provide you with all the instructions to check in on your own. 🔑The check-in process requires the delivery of a document necessary for registration to the Italian authorities and the payment of tourist tax Other things to note 🥰It is the house we also use for us, so it is complete with all the small attentions of a lived-in house, not a simple tourist accommodation. You will find quality appliances, such as the dyson vacuum cleaner, and all the comforts designed even for longer stays: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, minipimer, table and iron, and much more. 🌐The house is modern and technological: the home automation is managed through Alexa, the lights can be controlled by voice. The gardens are also technological, 🌱the grass is cut by two efficient robots and an innovative anti-mosquito system allows you to enjoy the exterior in peace. Outside: - dehor with wooden flooring, very pleasant even on barefoot - barbecue fireplace - tennis - corner with fresh aromatic herbs at guests' disposal - Shade dining area 🤍 The house is located in one of the quietest areas of the island, at the end of a closed street, so away from the road go. It is part of a residential complex accessible via a dedicated path that allows you to arrive comfortably by car to the exclusive parking lot next to the entrance. 🌊The sea is about two hundred meters away: a pleasant promenade leads to the free beach and the dam with the lighthouse, one of the most evocative places on the island. Continuing along the promenade and along the golf course, you can reach the sports center with its equipped beach. 🚴🏻Bicycles or golf cars are recommended to move around the island, which can be easily rented at various points.
