Vaughan Suite - The Plainfield Inn

It is named for the past owner of the building and who started Vaughan dance academy in historic downtown Plainfield and was then remodeled to match the charm of the historical hotel ! The space Thank you for choosing The Plainfield Inn! We are the two blue historical buildings with cream trim, just south of Lockport Street in downtown Plainfield. Guest access CHECK IN TIME: Your suite will be ready for you by 3 PM. CODE: You will be able to get into the room and the front door using the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to make the reservation. Please be patient before trying to open the door, you will hear the mechanics of the lock and it does take a couple of seconds to retract the deadbolt. Also, make sure to lock the front door as you come and go for everyone's added piece of mind. You can push the Schlage logo button to lock the door, but you will need the code to unlock it. PARKING Park in the driveway at an angle overnight. The Village of Plainfield has an ordinance that prohibits parking on the street between 1-6 am. If the Village cites you, it is currently a $15 fine. INTERNET The internet is Plainfield-Inn and the password is GUESTROOM (all caps). CHECKOUT Checkout is by 11 am.
