Ceiling height: 188 cm (196 cm in the kitchen area) The space The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning (with heating), a fan, Smart TV with Netflix, plus all the essentials: toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Guest access The studio apartment and the private terrace are exclusively yours to enjoy. The washing machine is located in the upstairs unit, but available for your use, without paying anything extra. You’re also welcome to access the rooftop of the building, where you can relax and take in the beautiful sea views. Other things to note The studio kitchen has a small tap with a carbon filter to drink water directly. This way you won't have to buy water anymore. And we will collaborate to save plastic.
