The space Tucked at the end of a quiet residential street, The Cottage at Silver Water is a modern waterfront escape where Scandinavian design meets quiet luxury. With 10-foot ceilings, a thoughtfully curated interior, and a half-acre setting on the Chesapeake, the home offers sweeping bay views from every room. The home is spread across two floors. The ground level features the Green Bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full bath, laundry, and the main living area. A covered patio extends from the living room, furnished with teak sofas and a cocktail table. Upstairs, the Blue Bedroom offers a private covered balcony, an en-suite bath, and a generous walk-in closet. The third bedroom/office includes a marble-topped desk and a twin daybed—perfect for children or quiet work. There is no garage access. Parking is limited to three vehicles. The house’s front door is through the metal slotted gate (push) and follow the cobblestone path. Other things to note This house is ideal for 1-2 couples or a family. There are 2 main bedrooms as well as an office/bedroom off the second floor bedroom. The 3rd space doesn’t have a true bed, but a day bed. Additionally, there is only one (en-suite) bathroom on the second floor. Commercial endeavors and weddings: please send a request for the dates that you desire and we will discuss the details.
