The space This cute cottage has three bedrooms, two bed rooms with queen bed and one bed rooms with two king single beds equipped with Oil Heater in each bedroom. Linens and towels provided. There is a large living room with fire place , HD Smart TV with DVD player and a collection of 130 DVDs, some board game and books. A dehumidifier handy to use for the snowing or raining days. No antenna so no TV channel!! Internet linked with TV, Netflix is available to use. Nintendo Wii . Fully equipped kitchen from all the modern appliances you'd expect at home such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, rice cooker, all cutleries and utensils, espresso coffee machine, milk, tea bags . Fire extinguisher and a fire a blanket for safety also store in the kitchen. A newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, we provide hand wash, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Laundry is in the back yard with washing machine and dryer plus an extra toilet. There are two undercover sitting areas from the front and the back of the house with bench, chairs and table where you can have a cup of tea , coffee or even breakfast while look out the beautiful garden. Lovely garden with maples, roses, butterflies bushes, Rhododendron, camellia, azaleas, lavender, cherry blossom, clematis... Some fruit trees at the backyard and two benches at the back of the garden. Street parking is free and highly recommended as the drive way is steep. Guest access After completion of booking I will advise you how to get to the cottage and security code for front door entry will be provided on the arrival . Other things to note Heating: During winter, we will provide reasonable amount of firewoods. If they run out, you may easily purchase more from the local IGA , super market or petrol stations in Blackheath. Charcoal BBQ at the back Veranda you will need BYO charcoal or purchase at IGA or Mitre10 only 5-7m walk. Cooling: There is no air-conditioning in this property.
