Entire Guest Suite: 2bed, kitchen, big living area

Tall ceilings and plenty of open space 2 bedrooms each w/ small desk, kitchen (no oven-but has counter top appliances for just about anything else), bathroom w/ shower, large living area. Boardgames, puzzles, old school Nintendo games, & foosball table Located near 91st & Yale in south Tulsa Well behaved pets allowed. You MUST add your pet to the reservation for a $25 pet fee. Pets MUST be potty trained The space This entire guest suite is separate from the rest of the house. You’ll nearly have the entire first floor / basement of our house to yourself with a private entrance INSIDE THE GARAGE (we do park in and use the garage). We have dogs and a new baby. We live upstairs so you’ll likely hear us, but we are generally pretty quiet people. (The dogs remain upstairs with us and use the backyard unless we go out front for a walk.) Entrance inside the garage has 2 steps with no handrail. You’ll also need to be able to walk up our steep driveway, parking is on the street. No oven or dishwasher in the kitchen, but there are counter top cooking appliances including dual stove stop burners, griddle, microwave, toaster oven that can bake a pizza and functions as an air fryer, electric kettle. Coffee options: Keurig, French press, and pour-over. No washer or dryer. Although there are only two beds (one king and one queen), the living room has a couch and a giant bean bag. Please no more than 2 cars parked outside. Queen bed is a hybrid mattress. King bed is a softer spring mattress with a foam topper. Guest access Your private and entirely separate guest suite is accessed through the garage. You’re also welcome to use the outdoor fireplace and patio through the arched doorway out front. The patio is technically a shared space, but we rarely use it. (You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill by the outdoor fireplace too!) *There is no backyard access Other things to note Potential for sound: We live upstairs so you’ll likely hear us walking around. Our dogs bark if they hear a sound or get excited (they run around and play when they get excited so you could hear that as well). The room with the queen bed is directly below our kitchen with hardwood floors and the dogs sometimes run into the kitchen. We also have a toddler so you may hear pitter patter footsteps. No parties, events, or large gatherings. No smoking inside. Well behaved, potty trained pets are allowed with an additional $25 cleaning fee. If a pet is seen on the property and it hasn’t been added to the reservation, the $25 cleaning fee will be charged. Rental license: STR22-00368
