Detached house in a small country village, south of Haute-Marne. 10 minutes from the Langres Sud exit of the A31 highway. At the gates of the Forets National Park. 15 minutes from LANGRES (ramparts, museums...) 45 minutes from DIJON 5 minutes from LONGEAU with all amenities (bakery, gas station, pharmacy, Intermarché…) Nearby, activities of all kinds (swimming, water activities, hiking or cycling, fishing, tours, etc.) The space Entire house with an upper floor. Ground floor: kitchen open to living room (convertible sofa) and dining room, 1 shower room (shower and laundry room with washing machine available), 1 separate toilet, spiral staircase Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 wooden child's bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 baby bed), 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet. Exterior: terrace and enclosed garden. The rental includes the cleaning fee, but for health reasons we ask our guests to tidy up and leave the accommodation in good condition upon departure. Guest access Entire place. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Other things to note We live in the same village as the cottage, we will welcome you upon arrival. However, if this is not possible, a key box is available for self check-in. Bed linen is included in the price. Bathroom linens are optional (1 large + 1 small towel + 1 washcloth for €4/person) to be paid on site upon arrival. At your disposal 1 raclette grill, 1 fondue set, 1 pancake maker 1 charcoal or wood barbecue, and a trampoline.
