Situated upstairs in this grand Georgian style house, guests are assured of privacy and comfort. Guests particularly enjoy the peacefulness of the neighbourhood, and the proximity to shops, schools and Rhodes University. The property has secure off street parking. An inverter supplies electricity during loadshedding. The space The Kingfisher Suite has two glorious rooms. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, that can be converted to twin beds, if requested. The living room has a lounge and dining area. There is an additional single bed in the lounge. There is also a well equipped kitchenette and full bathroom en suite. There is secure off street parking, Netflix and high speed WiFi. The unit is serviced twice weekly, Monday and Thursday. There are large rain tanks plumbed into the unit, so water is always available. Guest access Guests access the house through the reception area downstairs, and then make their way up the stairs to The Kingfisher Suite.
