The home features 1 king bedroom with a private ensuite bath, plus 2 queen bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom—perfect for families or friends. The highlight? A large nano wall opens the living room to a front deck with stunning ocean views, creating the ultimate indoor-outdoor living space. Grill up a feast in the large backyard (the Big Green Egg is a guest favorite!), or cook indoors in the fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom includes a TV, plenty of closet space, and cozy coastal vibes. There's also a large driveway that can easily fit 4–6 cars—ideal for group getaways. Whether you're watching the sunset from the deck, relaxing in the open-concept living area, or walking to nearby beaches, this home is the perfect blend of comfort and California charm. We have also installed an EV charging outlet at the front of the property to charge that Sprinter or electric vehicle. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and it's own television. We have a good size enclosed private back yard for your convenience as well. We allow dogs for an extra security deposit. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the spacious front deck, backyard, and large driveway that fits 4–6 cars. Please note that the garage is not accessible and will remain locked for owner use. Aside from that, the entire property is yours to enjoy throughout your stay! Other things to note This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach, this is the perfect spot! San Clemente has a 10 PM quiet time, which we do require all guests to follow.
