There is a small sofa bed which could sleep either 2 children, or one adult, but just to note this is in the main living space where the cooking facilities are. There is an area of decking with seating outside the front which overlooks the driveway and hills beyond with room for a BBQ. The centre of Ashburton is a short walk from the apartment or if you follow the lane the other way, there’s some nice walks with lovely views over to Dartmoor. The lane from the apartment to the town is on a bit of a hill so it’s nice and easy to walk down to the shops and will keep you fit walking back up! (Also just to note our driveway is steep!)
