It's located in a very quiet and friendly country neighborhood and only 30 to 45 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Pensacola, Florida. Our unit is ideal for a couple looking for a weekend retreat or a young family looking for a place to enjoy time away from home. There is a swing set playground in the front yard and card/board games are stored under the coffee maker. For a little more physical entertainment there is a corn hole game stored on the front porch to enjoy. During the colder months we keep an upright propane heater out for you to use. Beds: 1 queen bed, 1 twin-sized bunk bed. Kitchen: Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, one-burner induction cooktop, pots & pans, toaster, microwave Indoor Living: Smart TV, flat-screen TV, dining table, ceiling fans, open floor plan Outdoor Living: Yard, patio furniture, campfire/grill General: Free Wifi, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, central A/C & heat, keyless entry, hair dryer, trash bags, & paper towels, hangers, full-sized closet Parking: there is covered parking dedicated to the coop to the right of the front porch and fire pit area. drive to the right of the small tree when approaching the building. Late Checkout: Sometimes we can grant a late check out, with preapproval only. Unfortunately, things happen, if you have difficulty checking out on time, we do require a $20 per hour fee for each hour you are late, until 2PM. After 2 PM you will be charged an additional fee equal to the total nightly rate +taxes. Guest access Guests will have access to the rear of the property except for the garage. There are several types of grills available so please enjoy grilling something up. There are three cats that live on the property, the black and white one is named Socks, and loves people. She is not predictable with littler kids though. Please be mindful that she is an outdoor cat here for taking care of the field mice and is not a true family pet. Please park in the covered parking dedicated to the coop on the right of the front porch and new fire pit area.
