Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to Rome but in complete tranquility. I love animals and they are always welcome! The space is fully fenced to allow them to run and live outdoors. The space The farmhouse has a large living room with a 40 sqm kitchen open to the porch and with a beautiful view of the countryside. There are two bedrooms, one with a fireplace and ensuite bathroom and two very comfortable bathrooms. You will also find large furnished hallways and a laundry room with a washing machine and everything you need to wash and iron. The pool is large and equipped with sun loungers as well as a stone relaxation house where you can rest in the shade or dine in the evening. The porch has a table for six and comfortable sofas. The garden is very large and is about one hectare. Guest access Guests are allowed to access the entire ground floor but not the upper floor, where my apartment is located, which will always be empty in the presence of guests.
