Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the use of the 55" 4K Supersmart TV in the living room and enjoy the evening view of city lights out the bay windows. You will have the exclusive use of two bathrooms. Modern laundry machines are available.The cherrywood and granite kitchen is open with an attached dining area that 9is bright with two walls of windows and opens on to the deck and a serene wooded view.There is a wine cooler,convection oven ,microwave and breakfast refridgerator (for guest use). There is also a "public space"upstairs office area that has a Dell desktop,copier, Ironing board and access to the upstairs balcony in the trees! During your stay I work full time but with a flexible schedule and only five miles away. You can actually see my work from the house! Other things to note There are security gates at the front of the community with surveillance cameras and security. There is an internal stairway. It is not a childsafe environment. A vehicle is necessary as there is no immediate access to public transportation other than Uber or Lyft.
