Now is your chance to let the younger ones in the family or the young at heart experience an unforgetabble vacation in immersive themed bedrooms of an ice princess and a wizarding world. This 6-bedroom home, with a sleeping size for up to 12 people, provides endless entertainment options after long days at the theme parks with a private swimming pool and spillover spa and a games room equipped with a pool table and air hockey. Disney World’s proximity from the Encore Resort is less than a 10-minute drive. Downstairs Bedroom: King sized bedroom. Family bathroom (shower). Upstairs Bedrooms: King sized Master with en suite (shower, tub, twin vanities), an accent chair. King sized bedroom with en suite (shower). Queen sized bedroom with en suite (shower). Themed bedroom with 2x Twin sized beds and an en suite (shower). Princess themed bedroom with 2x Twin sized beds and an en suite (shower). Laundry room is located upstairs. Main Living Area: Spacious comfortable seating area with a sectional and accent chair overlooking the private pool deck through sliding glass doors. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a granite 4 seat island style breakfast bar. Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, 2x dishwashers, coffee maker, toaster, blender. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. Dining: Table seats 8 people. Entertainment: Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and access to complimentary WiFi. Main living area has a large flat screen TV. AIR CONDITIONED games room has a pool table and air hockey, flat screen TV with a PS4 video game console, comfortable leather sofa. Outdoor Living Space: Private swimming pool and spillover spa (optional heating). 4x sun loungers, 6 seat patio table. BBQ / GRILL: Included. There is no extra cost to use the grill. Note: We do not provide propane. It is guest's responsibility. We provide propane tank to refill upon request. - Pool and Spa HEAT is an extra charge of $40/day + plus tax. We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in. - The entire house will be available for guests. * Note: Encore club house and resort amenities (for exemple Water Park) are NOT available for guests. * - For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of essentials. Each bathroom includes 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bottle of shampoo, and 1 bar of soap. The kitchen is also stocked with a starter kit, including 1 mini dish soap, 1 sponge, 1 dishwasher pod (if applicable), 1 paper towel roll, and 1 extra trash bag. Please note that these are starter supplies and may not last for the entire duration of your stay.
