Beautiful room in Madrid

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space Comfortable double room (for single use) in a private home. The room faces the street with a window to an open balcony, very nice and bright, quite comfortable. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment is on the 4th floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Electricity, water and cleaning costs are not included in the price. It is a 3 bedroom apartment that you will share with a girl and a boy 35 and 40 years old. We share our space with the best disposition. We like order and good manners, and we highly value respect and politeness. We're looking for a roommate who shares our customs. Other things to note Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am, during which time the kitchen, washing machine or any kind of annoying noise should not be used.
