Our petite 1-2 bed flat is in a historic cobbled mews, full of character and with a great community vibe, situated a moment's walk from the lovely Stoke Newington Church Street, with easy access to Dalston/ Shoreditch/ Angel/ Liverpool St I usually live here with my four year old twin girls. I list it as a one bed for adults (I store all the girls' toys etc. in their room, out of the way!) but if you have kids, you can also use the second bedroom (which has bunkbeds). The space The flat is on the ground floor. Please be aware that the main bedroom is small (3.9 x 2m, or 12' 8" x 6' 9"). The second bedroom is my four year old twin daughters' room. I store all their toys etc. from the living room in there while guests are renting the flat, hence listing it as a one bed :) But if you have children and would like to use the second bedroom (which is also small - 2.3 x 3.4m or 7'10" x 7'9" - and has bunk beds), please let me know! The living/dining room has a sofa and a small dining table/desk and two chairs. The flat is decorated with quirky bits and bobs from my travels round the globe (and family photos/my daughters' artwork, which I can store away if you prefer!) I studied literature and I'm a big reader, so you will have access to some great bookshelves (with an international flavour - although all books are in English)! Our neighbours are quiet but friendly :) Happy to answer questions, clarify things, give local recommendations etc.! Guest access The apartment, plus a shared courtyard out the back, and other communal areas, where neigbours often host BBQs in the summer! Other things to note I'm afraid there is no parking, to preserve the lovely old cobbled streets - but we can give you details of where you can park (i.e. nearby streets) if you get in touch.
