The unit has on-demand hot water, a remote-controlled variable speed ceiling fan & air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is supplied. A stunning 55 inch LG 4k OLED TV with Netflix's Premium ULTRA HD subscription are provided for guests. Guest access Guests have access to a well equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, fridge/freezer with built-in ice making compartment, various small appliances, and the shared swimming pool. A gym is on the premises (it's use is available for a fee). A paid washer & dryer service is also available in a nearby dedicated laundry centre. Other things to note The apartment is situated in a mountainside community which provides plenty of opportunities to explore & enjoy the scenery while getting in some exercise! Access to some attractions like shopping, restaurants, bars & a beach is within an easy 10 - 15 minute walk downhill to the town centre but will require effort on the return journey; comfortable shoes are recommended. Ocho Rios is a buzzing tourist town. From the apartment's balcony, you will likely hear the sound of music, including live bands & performances, especially on the weekend. Entertainment usually quiets down by midnight.
