Woodland House is a refurbished home from home, perfect for those looking to take in the sights and explore the culture of the Wirral peninsula. The Wirral has access to beaches, woods and heathland, including the National Trust’s Thurstaston common, beloved by artists and photographers alike for the spectacular sunsets seen from the ridge summit; a lovely day out for those who like a bit of a ramble. Easy travel to Liverpool, Chester, Hoylake, West Kirby, Parkgate, New Brighton and more. The space This is a semi detached self catering holiday let property with enclosed garden and patio at the back. The property has a long drive at the front, which can hold up to two cars. Woodland House backs onto Whitfield Common, which comprises woodland, green areas, public footpaths and a super fun children's playground. The downstairs of the house is open plan with an appointed kitchen which has a clothes washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, gas hobs and electric oven. The dining area can seat 6 people and the living area is furnished with two large sofas, where you can sit and watch your favourite TV shows on the TV provided. The Upstairs of the house has 3 bedrooms, which can sleep up to 6 people; 1 king size room with 1 king size bed, 1 double size room with 1 double bed and 1 twin room with 2 single beds. The king and the double bedrooms are fitted with TV’s for those who like to snuggle down watching their shows at night. Upstairs the property has a newly fitted shower room with large walk in waterfall shower, toilet and sink. • Woodland House is a cosy stay with gas fired combi central heating / hot water. • Linen and towels provided. • Free WiFi. • For groceries, Heswall has a large Tesco’s, M&S foods and Aldi, as well as a small Sainsbury’s near by. • Although we are pet lovers, we do not take pets, and the property is non-smoking. Guest access This is a home where the guest will have an undisturbed stay, with exclusive access to the garden and drive. Areas where guest will not have access are the utility/router cupboard (located upstairs) and the garage. These areas will be locked for guests safety. Other things to note Heswall, (where Woodland House is located), is a small town with shops, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants located on the west coast of the Wirral Peninsular. It is within easy travelling distance to Liverpool; Chester, New Brighton, Hoylake, West Kirby, Parkgate and the Welsh border. For instance, about an hour’s drive will take you to the North Welsh coast or the Snowdonia National Park. For golf fans, Wirral boasts 14 golf courses.
