Great Massingham has just been named as one of the best places to live in the East of England. The space The property has two large bedrooms (one of which is ensuite), made up as king sized beds. There is a third bathroom with adult sized bunkbeds in. There is a separate bathroom with shower and bath. The wood-fired hot tub is an absolute treat, looking out onto the glorious Norfolk countryside. To complete the cosiness, bathrobes and slippers are provided for guests to use. The dedicated work space, set up with desk and ergonomic chair, is found between the bedrooms. Beautifully renovated throughout with modern bathrooms and kitchen. All located on one ground floor. The cottage is situated in the private grounds of Little Massingham Manor, with 63 acres of private woodland, gardens and meadows to explore. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable). Little Massingham Manor is nestled between the award winning Dabbling Duck in Great Massingham, and the Rose and Crown in Harpley. Both minutes away. Houghton Hall and it’s wonderful art exhibitions is a couple of minutes drive away. Sandringham and Fakenham are around 10 minutes away, and the stunning North Norfolk coast is around 20 minutes drive. Guest access The cottage is accessed via it's own private gravel drive. Lots of parking space. There is an EV charger available to charge your car (payable). Guests will have access to the entire cottage and hot tub. Guests will also have access to wander the grounds of Little Massingham Manor. Other things to note We have an incredible woodland spa on the estate, which all our guests can hire at a discounted rate. It is hired on a private session basis.
