There is another house on the plot, but the garden seating area of the Lexi Guesthouse and part of the courtyard are used only by the residents of the Lexi Guesthouse. The space The guest house has: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa, large kitchen and dining room, covered terrace with garden seating separated from the courtyard. Our guest house is equipped with: TV, wifi, hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen: hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. There are 2 air conditioners in the house. In winter, the house is heated with modern underfloor heating. You can park in a covered place next to the house, or if you arrive by electric car, you can even charge it, but you can also park outside in front of the house. Guest access Then we have a covered garden with a Mediterranean atmosphere in the yard, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove, sink, grill for the pleasure of cooking together. (The grill does not operate in winter, we will put it away.) Thinking of the little ones, a high chair, a crib, and a changing table are also available. The house has a closed garden, a 2-meter fence around it and its own parking lot. The parking lot is in front of the house. Our equipped kitchens have everything: gas stove or gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer in every apartment.
