Tree House in Town

This adorable private house is perched up in the trees across the street from Six Mile Creek. It's only a 10 min walk to the downtown Ithaca Commons bars, restaurants and the State Theater, but you are in the woods. Walk to Cornell in 24 min. Enjoy beautiful views through all the windows, and hopefully you will spot the family of deer who live in the back. Three private bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably and 3 more can sleep on the futon sofas in the common space. Local artists are showcased. The space The long open stretch of wood floors make it a great space for yoga. There are usually 4 yoga mats in the entrance closet. Guest access The whole place is yours, including the 2 car driveway and 2 outdoor patios. We might access the basement if needed, but will not need to go into the house for this. Other things to note You will need to climb stairs to enter the house. There is free 24 hour street parking nearby. It would be hard to fit 2 large vehicles in the driveway, but 1 can fit easily or 2 small vehicles can fit with careful parking.
