And if you're in town for an event at the Yorkshire Showground, you'll be only 15 minutes walk from the top end of the ground. Whilst the house will be professionally cleaned in between and in advance - I wouldn't want to take the risk as they are fluffy boys! NOTE: This is a lived in property (ie I live here when it’s not not rented) so there will be personal property throughout. Which hopefully gives it a more homely vibe! I will always ensure there is sufficient space for luggage storage, a full wardrobe & dresser. Bathroom will be cleared of all personal toiletries ahead of your visit. Please remember it is a 1930s property with all it's quirks - whilst it has been refurbished in the last few years, like all our homes they are not perfect but still wonderful. NOTE: Whilst there has been no prior issues with parking (with 10 stays), the latest guest flagged they could not easily park their car onto the driveway. For complete transparency the driveway is relatively narrow. So if you have a particularly large vehicle, you may choose to park on the street rather than the driveway. Homeowners vehicle (a Kia Ceed hatchback) can be parked on the drive to give an indication of the space size.
