The Birch Perch! Treehouse with spa and fire pit!

Romantic Honeymoon or fun family fantasy come true this treehouse has it all! Built by The DYI Network Treehouse Guys! Every detail custom crafted in this home in the tree tops makes your ultimate Vermont experience. All just 8 minutes to the lifts at Sugarbush. Kitchenette, cast iron stove, clawfoot tub, washer/dryer, AC, & outdoor shower all encased in a whimsical perch near skiing, waterfalls, biking and hiking. Incredible hillside views from your private deck! Romantic Hot tub in the trees! The space This is a fully insulated, year round house in the trees! All made of local materials and perched into the hillside. Please note that you will need to climb 32 steps to get to the front door. But, the view is worth it! There are two homes on the property and the main house may be rented to a different party but the homes are fairly private from each other and share only the first half of the driveway. This Spring we will be landscaping the property. Guest access The whole treehouse will by yours for your entire stay! There is a private parking area for the treehouse and front yard that is all yours! This spring we will be planting apple trees, blueberry and raspberry bushes so you can go picking right on property! Other things to note We have a dog when we are in residence in the main house. If you do not like dogs please let us know in advance so we can make sure he stays on leash during your stay. The treehouse has a toddler size fold down couch in the living area as the ladder to the two beds in the loft may be hazardous for small children.
