Pure oxygen please… Are you longing for a little break in nature, for peace and self-discovery? We're glad you found your way to us! We warmly welcome you to our apartment "Elisa." The space THE SPACE You will stay in our own 90 square meter vacation gem, on the edge of the village of “Kirchberg vorm Wald,” in the middle of a hamlet surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal as a starting point for your active leisure activities. Whether it's a morning walk, a jog followed by coffee on the Mediterranean-style terrace, a barbecue in the afternoon or just a sunbathing session, it's entirely up to you! Unwind and relax. INTERIOR FACILITIES The interior reflects our demands for a special feel-good atmosphere. Two bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds, offer you space for a deep and restful sleep. The oversized double bed (200 × 200 cm) should not go unmentioned here! The kitchen welcomes you fully equipped. Basic spices, oil, vinegar, sugar and flour are of course also available. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower cabin. A hairdryer and washing machine are also available. If you have to work despite a well-deserved vacation, a desk & Wi-Fi are at your disposal in one of the bedrooms! Our outdoor area has a spacious 30 square meter natural stone terrace, overlooking a lush green, which you will remember long after your vacation! TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN Children are very welcome here. We are sure that our little guests will have a lot to explore in the garden and in the forest! The nearby excursion destinations, such as the treetop trail, pony rides in Pullman City or the well-known Kirchwirt "Zacher" with a panoramic beer garden, donkeys, chickens and rabbits will make a child's heart beat faster. However, the apartment is not suitable for toddlers, as no safety precautions such as outlet covers, edge protection, etc. have been made! LEISURE & SURROUNDINGS If you want a small city stroll with Mediterranean flair, our "Bavarian Venice" (Passau - 12 minutes by car) is ideal. Lovingly designed boutiques, restaurants and cafes await you in the romantic alleys! Culinary, you can be pampered by the Bavarian cuisine. There is also plenty to offer for your athletic balance. The three-river city of Passau offers active, well-developed bike paths along the Inn and Danube rivers, across the border to Vienna in Austria. Hikers will also get their money's worth here. Whether up to the Arber or just a small soul hike in the famous Ilztal, that's up to you. Excursion destinations such as the Western town of "Pullman City," Badseesen and Sonnentherme await you. MISCELLANEOUS Bed linens & towels are of course at your disposal free of charge. SHOPPING Shopping can be found directly in Kirchberg vorm Wald, within walking distance approx. 10 minutes from your accommodation. There are also fresh rolls here on Sundays!
