Enjoy this lovely appointed private guest room with full bath directly across from it private to you, in a beautiful 1920's Prairie Style home on tree lined residential street, an artful mix of contemporary and vintage. Delight in the garden. So conveniently located to Central St with many unique shops and restaurants, Whole Foods... and downtown Evanston 1 blk to Metra 3 blk to "L" to downtown Chicago and all stops in between. A lovely 5 blk walk to Lakefront, beach and NU, 2 blk to NU Stadium. The space Take your shoes off and relax in this charming, intimate guest room. It is suited for one female guest at a time. There is wi-fi access throughout the house, a drop leaf desk in the room for your use, a closet to store your suitcase, belongings and a dresser. You will have a lock on your bedroom door. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in your room and breakfast goodies (mini fridge in room) or if you'd like come down stairs and relax in living room or outside garden. Guest access Your comfort is our priority while our guest. You are invited to share other spaces in our home our living room, dining room and small study/library. Also feel free to sit on our deck in the sunshine and sip on a beverage. If you have kitchen needs, please let us know and we will try to accommodate those. No cooking. Microwave is fine. During your stay We will respect your needs when it comes to socializing with us. We are happy to leave you to your private time and we also love meeting new people! We are also happy to help with tips, suggestions and recommendations about things to do in Evanston and Chicago. Other things to note Make some time to visit the Lakefront anytime. We will be happy to lend you a beach umbrella, chair and towel, take a book and head down for a spot in the sun on one of Evanston's great beaches, it's a beautiful resort town in summer!
