Welcome to La Boussole - Chez Marin! Typical Etretat house with garden 150 m from the sea! La Boussole was completely renovated with passion in 2021. The house is 150 meters from the beach and its cliffs, in the center near the market square on a fairly quiet street. It has a private garden where you can have lunch or dinner! We wish you a pleasant stay in this fabulous village and enjoy its many activities! The space On the ground floor: - A large living room with open kitchen (50 m²) and overlooking the garden - A toilet Upstairs: - A large bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm - A bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 - A small bedroom with bunk beds - A bathroom - A toilet - A private garden of about 150 m² - Note that there are few gardens in Etretat and they are often close to each other, so it is possible that you will meet the neighbors. The environment remains quiet - The little extras: Netflix, board games, book box, bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, well-equipped kitchen, groceries and household products available, kids friendly (on request: games, stroller, baby bed, high chair, booster seat), BBQ, etc. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the attic where we store our personal belongings because we come regularly. For parking: - More information on the etretat.fr website under "vie pratique" then "stationnement" - Parking can be done in the immediate vicinity of the house in the small center of Etretat, but this can be complicated depending on the period. - We recommend that you drop off your belongings at the house and then go to park in the parking lots outside the city (between 4 and 10 minutes walk depending on the parking lot chosen). Choose packages (daily, 3-day, or weekly) - Free parking in season near the Etretat campsite, (12-minute walk) On site you will not need your vehicle, everything is within walking distance (except to discover the surrounding villages) Other things to note If you wish: sheets and towels are extra (towels + sheets for double bed: €18 and €10 per single bed: in this case, please make the request to us in advance, since it is the cleaning company that takes care of it). We offer them for weekly stays. The house is adjoining the small gite l'Astrolabe which can be rented at the same time Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity of the house (I can give you tips!). Activities: Golf, Walks - hikes (GR 21), Sailing club, Canoeing, Tennis club, Beach, Clos Lupin etc. Nearby: Fécamp 20 min (Benedictine Palace, fish market), Le Havre 30 min (World Heritage Site), Rouen 1h10 (city of a hundred bell towers) I'm available for any details and to help you plan your stay!
