Small room (9 m2) on the ground floor, in the home, next to a shared bathroom with washing machine + toilet. Ideal for your internships, training, vacations or any other short-term stays. This quiet room, while being 7 minutes from downtown Draguignan and 2 minutes from Lidl, is independent in terms of its access and its facilities (fridge, microwave oven and electric kettle.) Possibility to prepare your meals in Stéphanie's kitchen. The space Furnished with sobriety, the Bouscarle (Stéphanie's house) dating from 1970 consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor, an independent T3, entirely dedicated to rental + the T8 duplex, where Stéphanie lives with her adorable dog and her cat, in which she rents 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms including one with piano and mirror, with direct access to the terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool. And a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Quiet, sunny, without neighbors, between forest, mountains and river (La Nartuby) which guarantees you cool nights even during the heat wave, while being close to Draguignan and Lidl, the Bouscarle is surrounded by a spacious and wooded garden. Its 6 X 12 m saltwater swimming pool has a small staircase on the side where the depth starts at 90 cm and gradually descends to 1.90 m, where a slide plunges. The dishwasher is in Stéphanie's kitchen, on the 1st floor. In Stéphanie's large living room, on the first floor, a pool table, TV and library are available for guest use. Relaxing stay for the whole family or friends 10 minutes from Draguignan, 5 minutes from Lidl and the hospital, but in the countryside, La Bouscarle adopts, as much as possible, an eco-responsible philosophy: recovery of bath water and washing machine for toilets (travelers are invited to pour a bucket of water recovered in the bathtub after the shower or the water of the washing machine in the tank of the toilet flush) - compost, - waste sorting, - short showers, - no air conditioning, - and sun cream in the pool. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, its calm is disturbed only by the singing of birds and chickens in the neighborhood. Possibility to hike with your feet in the water (or not) directly from the Bouscarle, so without taking the car. A bike path - the vineyard by bike - just across the Nartuby (river) connects Draguignan to Rebouillon. Breakfast is not included in the rental price. But Stéphanie offers it to you, on order, at €13 per person. Guest access The room has a southwest-facing terrace. A garden is also available for tenants to share with the owners and other tenants of Stéphanie's house. During your stay I really like being in contact with my tenants. I live in the apartment just above the T3. I am available by email, text, phone, or in person when you need me. Other things to note My house is on the banks of a river, the Nartuby between two forests that can offer you beautiful hikes.
