Pumpkin Transient House is located in Mawing Village near SM Telabastagan, it has a peace and quiet neighborhood with 24/7 security in the area. It can be your home away from home. It’s a place suited for business trips, family vacay or get together with friends. The space The house has a 4 Bedrooms and 3 toilet and baths. Masters Bedroom has a queen size bed w/ a pull out bed w/ AC Bedroom 1 has a single bunkbed w/ AC Bedroom 2 has Double bed w/ AC Bedroom 3 has a single bed w/ fan 1 toilet and bath has a hot and cold shower at the 2nd floor. 1 toilet and bath on the master's bedroom w/ shower. Common toilet and bath on the 1st floor w/ shower. Guest access OUR BASIC RATE IS FOR 1 to 3 GUESTS. For 1 to 4 guests only 2 bedrooms will be provided. 5 to 6 guests, 3 Bedrooms will be provided. 7 to 8 guests, all Bedrooms will be open. Other things to note The entire place will be for your own usage only, you may accept visitors but sleepovers are not allowed. *** AS PER THE VILLAGE GUIDELINES , EACH GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT 1 VALID ID, this must be submitted at least 3 days before your arrival date as we still need to process these requirement for your smooth entry in the Village.
