This spacious 3 bedroom apartment in central Long Beach is perfect for families, groups, or remote workers. The space The space This large & fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with an expansive ocean View is fitted with work desks in each bedroom & one in the main living space and has office chairs & is Air Conditioned throughout the whole space. The 3 bedroom apartment is private and none of its features are shared. Kitchen is fully equipped for making a light snack or full meal, including a real oven, large cooktop, fridge & drinking water on tap. The dining area can also be used as an alternative working space. The seaview apartment is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV & large L-shaped sofa. 3 bathrooms are large & en suite and have both a rain shower and normal shower with good pressure and hot water. There are also large storage shelves and electrical sockets fitted next to the washbasin. 1 bathroom is a guest Wc on the Seaview patio Guest access The common grounds The pool - is a zero edge saltwater pool with a built-in pool bar and lounge chairs next to it. This pool is shared. The size is 15x5 metres. The pool has a kids section, shallow section & a deep part. Villa Lila bar & Bistro Our bar & restaurant offers our guests both Thai cuisine and international dishes. We can also organise bbq’s for you on request. We have good vegetarian options & the bar is well stocked for making cocktails, beer or fruit juice. The gym The gym is only for Villa Lila guests and is fitted with high quality machinery such as Squat rack, bench press, free weights & cardio machines that are new as of this year. The Gym also has Air conditioning, bathroom & a speaker system. Parking & vehicle rentals We have a large private parking lot at Villa Lila so if you arrive by your own transport we have parking for you. We can also organise motorbike rentals and car rental. We only work with 1 operator as their cars and bikes are in new condition and have proven very reliable and trustworthy. For extra cleaning we charge 500 THB per time inc. change of linen and towels change. Villa Lila is a family resort - that means that after 10PM noise should be kept down and after 11PM is quiet time. If you would like to party we can recommend many good spots for that, just ask! Long Beach area & the beach Long Beach (10 min walk) - Long Beach is a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and beach life. The southern end is quite rocky & not suited for this so we would recommend taking a taxi or drive yourself 1 km up the beach where it is rock free Relax bay (10 min walk) Is a perfect little bay & less famous than Long Beach but in our opinion much more beautiful Secret Beach (15 min walk) More of a local beach with no bars or restaurants. Locals & local foreigners gather here for sunset. Long Beach is an area with plenty of restaurants & nightlife a short walk away but Villa Lila is set back enough to offer tranquillity & peace & quiet at night.
