This unique property sits on 6 city lots and includes a cozy living area, dining area, reading nook, patios with outdoor seating, fire pit, & private gated gardens. 2 Story home, owner has professionally designed and decorated entire property. Please note there are shared spaces with other guests which include: living/dining and upstairs reading nook. Outside shared spaces are front porch and 2 sitting areas - one with a wood burning firepit, and one with a small bistro set. ***** Kitchen and backyard are for owners use only. Guests enter through front door, the owners use the back entrance and have their own separate area in the back of the house which will be locked off from guest areas. Normal daily living noises may be heard downstairs. Sorry for any inconvenience but I do not host pets or children under 12. Sometimes I will be home to greet guests. Please use lockbox key to enter front door if locked. Quiet residential street in the heart of Gunnison. Downtown is just 5 blocks away, Western Colorado University is 7 blocks. Safeway and free bus stop 4 blocks. Hartman Rocks is 4 miles. The charming town of Crested Butte is 30 min north with the ski resort at Mt. Crested Butte being an additional 3 miles up the mountain. Hiking, biking, rafting fishing, hunting, off-roading, cross country....all minutes away! Park along Spruce Street. Please do not block mailbox.
