The space Description & amenities The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 5-story apartment building, in a central location, about 400 m from the beach. Living room with sofa bed, cable TV, Blu-ray player, radio/CD player, Internet access. West-facing loggia with table/chairs. Kitchenette in the living room with ceramic hob (4 hotplates), oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine. Bedroom with double bed (180 × 200), cable TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet. Elevator, coin-operated washing machine and bicycle cellar in the house. Car parking space. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The total price already includes the final cleaning, booking fee, as well as the laundry packages per booked person. - Your beds are made on arrival - In addition to the bed linen and hand towels, a linen package includes 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 shower mat and a dish towel. A starter set with dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tabs and dishcloth is included with every stay. Spa tax: On the island of Sylt, all guests are subject to spa tax from the age of 18. The calculation and payment is made directly with us on site according to the applicable spa tax regulations (municipality of Sylt May-Oct. € 3.90 / Nov.-April €1.95 per person) You will receive your guest cards from us when the keys are handed over. The visitor's tax is not included in the price and is paid upon arrival. The rental agreement is concluded by SYLT TOURISMUS ZENTRALE GmbH in the name and with the authority of the lessor. The STZ only acts as an intermediary. STZ provides its brokerage services in the name and for the account of the lessor and is therefore not an organizer within the meaning of § 651a, paragraph 1 BGB.
