In the evenings, guests can enjoy a private outdoor fire pit, which comes with its very own s'mores kit, for the complete outdoor experience. Whatever the weather, guests can stay comfortable, using the property's state of the art climate control, and the choice of complimentary drinks and snacks ensures that guests stay well-fed and refreshed. Guest access You will have full and private access to the home. The treehouse has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided closer to check-in. Other things to note Pet Policy: This unit does not allow pets. Deposits: Please note that guests under 21 or guests residing in the Greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation. Please review our policy forbidding parties, events and unregistered guests to ensure your stay abides with this policy and does not jeopardize your deposit. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Timberroot properties. Refer to the rental agreement to see these policies and the additional fees that occur if you fail to follow them. Pests: We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, it is possible for guests to encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay. By booking with us, you accept that encountering insects and woodland creatures is a possibility and that no refunds will be issued for such instances.
