Welcome to the Old School House, Hayle. Our cosy, private and modern annexe provides a comfortable and stylish place to relax. We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. The space The old school house annexe is part of our home but with private front roadside garden, private entrance and hallway. It has a modern kitchen living dining area, with ecosmart wall heater, smart tv, everhot electric stove and table seating for 2 people. The kitchen has stone worktops, sink, integrated fridge with freezer section, induction hob with extractor and integrated oven. The double bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table, smart tv and ecosmart wall heater. The en-suite shower room has an electric shower, sink & vanity unit, toilet and electric towel rail. Guest access Guests have private use of the front roadside garden which enjoys afternoon / evening sun. The access to the annexe is via the front garden with a keysafe for easy access to the left of the front door. There is a private hallway with coat / shoe storage and access to the annexe. Other things to note The front garden is landscaped with tiered steps up to the property.
