Our apartment (140m2) with a large garden (180m2), in a green neighborhood, is a cozy house located next to a park with playground. Our garden has a trampoline, a terrace, a hammock, a go-kart, and in the park, there is plenty of room to play soccer. The beach is 10 minutes away by bike, there are beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the dunes and a shopping street 200 meters away. The bus stops in front of the door and takes you to the beautiful city center of The Hague or to Scheveningen/Kijkduin. The space The apartment has 2 floors: upstairs a spacious living room + kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a study with a guest bed. Downstairs in the (newly built) basement is a 2nd bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, we have 3 very sweet, social cats that need food twice a day, fresh water and some attention ;-). No need to change any litter boxes. The Fahrenheitstraat, a cozy shopping street, is a 200m walk away. What is there to do? Endless hiking through the dunes or on the beach, eating on the beach, to the most beautiful museum in the Netherlands: the Art Museum (Mondriaan!), the Omniversum (imax screen with beautiful nature films), the Museon (fun for children). In the city center of The Hague, you will find many more cultural attractions. Guest access We have 4 bedrooms on offer: 1 with a double bed of good quality, in the basement 3 rooms with a single bed (1 of which is a high sleeper). You have space in all rooms to store clothes in a closet. There is an extra sleeping place in the office and a toddler folding bed available. The living room is spacious, a nice lounge sofa next to the bookcase full of literature, lots of children's books, puzzles, games and a TV with Netflix, HBOmax and Disney+. The living room has an open kitchen with an oven, a Quooker, a dishwasher and a food processor. Towels are provided. The house is especially suitable for families with children, possibly 1 couple. We have 3 adult bikes with possibly a child seat available and 1 small (10-12 years) children's bike. Other things to note In our neighborhood, you can only park with a parking card.
