Located in the heart of Johnson City just off I-26, this charming ranch-style home is perfect for couples and families (pups welcome, too!). Located 3 min off the I-26, commuting is very easy. Enjoy a quick drive to access beautiful hikes, mountain bike trails, breweries and much more throughout the area. Whether you are working or visiting friends and family, the home has everything you need for a quiet stay in southern Appalachia! A 3 bedroom, ranch style home situated in the heart of Johnson City. The bedrooms are 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin trundle bed - that sleeps 2. There is a shared office space & desk in the trundle bedroom as well. You have access to everything on the property, the patio door unlocks the house for your stay. The front door has a lock and bolt. We will have limited interaction. I do my best to prepare the home for your stay so you can easily settle in and enjoy your time away from home. I am happy to answer any questions or offer tips for the area. I’ll stop by if something unexpected comes up or there is an emergency. For ANY stays longer than 21 days a “quick” clean is required. I will reach out about what day is best and the house will be dusted, mopped, swept and bathrooms cleaned. This helps us tremendously when flipping the home. For long term stats every 15 days is ideal. This is a quiet neighborhood. The home is situated at the end of the road where there is a small turn around. There is plenty of parking at this home. There are two driveways, one on each side. We prefer you park in the driveway, not the street, please. The house has original wood floors—This means they do creak sometimes, and they are full of character! There is a backyard, but it is not fenced in. Please keep your dog within eye sight and on a leash, preferably. There is not an ice maker, please plan accordingly. We do have 6 ice trays.
