Enjoy the snowmobile trails of Timberlakes, XC skiing at Soldier Hollow, 5 renowned public golf courses, two beautiful resevoirs, Swiss Days, and miles of maintained trails for hiking, running, and biking. Visit historic Main Street in Park City or relax on the quiet streets in Midway. You have it all here in Heber! The space WELCOME TO YOUR HEBER VALLEY HIDEAWAY Think of this as your own little mountain headquarters—private enough to feel like you've escaped, but close enough to everything that makes Heber such an incredible place to visit. You'll have your own private driveway and separate entrance, so coming and going is easy and the space feels entirely your own. While we live upstairs, we do our best to keep things peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy the calm that comes with being tucked into a mountain valley. The loudest neighbors are usually the birds... and occasionally a deer with absolutely no respect for personal space. DON'T LET "BASEMENT" FOOL YOU Yes, it's a basement apartment. No, it doesn't feel like one. The large windows flood the space with natural light and frame some surprisingly beautiful mountain views. More than one guest has walked in expecting "basement" and left wondering how they ended up with front-row seats to the Wasatch. WILDLIFE INCLUDED (No Extra Charge) One of our favorite parts of living here is sharing the yard with the local deer. They wander through almost daily, grazing on the grasses and shrubs outside the windows. Depending on the season, you may wake up to a peaceful little wildlife show while you're sipping your morning coffee. They're excellent guests. Terrible conversationalists. PLENTY OF SPACE TO SPREAD OUT The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, just as shown in the photos. If you need a little extra sleeping space, there's also an unused theater room that can easily become a third sleeping area with an air mattress and extra blankets. A KITCHEN THAT'S ACTUALLY READY TO COOK Whether you're reheating leftovers after a day on the slopes, making pancakes before exploring the mountains, or somehow deciding to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner on vacation (yes, it's happened), you'll find the kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and the essentials. If there's something you need that isn't there, just let us know. If we have it, we're happy to help. EVERYTHING YOU NEED The bathroom features a clean, functional three-quarter layout with a shower, toilet, and sink. No bathtub—just one less thing to accidentally fill with hiking gear. THE BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE The living room is easily our favorite part of the apartment. Large windows bring in beautiful light throughout the day, comfortable couches invite you to relax after an adventure, and a cozy mountain-style fireplace creates the perfect gathering spot. Settle in with a movie on the TV, watch the snow fall outside in winter, or simply enjoy a quiet evening after exploring everything the valley has to offer. A PLACE PEOPLE COME BACK TO We've been welcoming guests for several years, and one of the biggest compliments we receive is seeing familiar names book another stay. We love sharing this little corner of Heber with visitors and helping them feel at home. Whether you're here to ski, fish, golf, hike, mountain bike, snowmobile, explore nearby Park City, or simply enjoy a slower pace, we hope you'll find the same thing so many of our guests have found before you—a peaceful place to unwind, recharge, and maybe even make friends with a deer. Guest access The entire outdoor section of our property is yours to use during your stay. Don't be shy. We love to see when kids are out playing in the yard and using the swing set and trampolines. Other things to note We have a trampoline on the property. The renter assumes the liability of injury when using the trampoline and other potentially dangerous things when renting.
